We are delighted to bring you Season 3 of Glee Choir Music Therapy Program! The previous choir programs were each a huge success! Participants shared their favourite songs and made a CD of the weekly musical performances. Participants are eager to start again and are welcoming new members to join them in sharing their songs!
Do you love to sing and participate in music? This program will be a collaborative group process where participants get to choose popular songs together to learn and perform. This choir program includes some basic choreography which participants will perform while singing their song choices. Participants also will have a recording of their performances at the end of the program.
Starting Friday September 28 to December 14, 2012

はじめまして。上記のコーラスグループは発達障害のある１９歳〜３０歳のための英語でのプログラムですが、日本語でのプログラムもあります。ご希望のある方の年齢によってグループを作りますので、人数が揃えば子供のためのコーラスグループも作ることができます。場所はCoquitlamですが、ハイウェイからすぐですので、車をお持ちの方でしたら、DTから20分ほどです。IKEAの近くです。
上記のプログラムの内容を簡単に日本語でご説明します。英語でのプログラムは今回で３回目になります。
参加者の方たちは、それぞれ好きな曲をリクエストでき、グループの中で一緒にシェアします。それらの曲を毎週、練習しながら覚えていきます。その過程の中で、発声練習、リズムを習ったり、楽器を一緒に演奏したり、身体を動かしたり、または自分たちのオリジナルな歌詞を作ったりと、音楽を通してたくさんのことを学ぶ機会ができます。プログラムの最後には、覚えた曲をレコーディングしてCDにし、みなさんの前でパフォーマンスするというのが目標です。
